Ended yesterday negotiations with the trade unions in which the company netcar proposed a text of agreement aimed at revitalizing Caring Group, through significant measures to simplify processes, optimize service and enhance internal resources.
The text, if accepted, will enable the company to overcome the project netcar of corporate reorganization of the Division Caring foreseen by the agreement signed by the trade unions in 2013 and to maintain activities in 39 of the 52 regional offices for which had already been decided, always all ' interior of the same agreement, the closure transfer netcar of personnel to neighboring sees.
The text of the new agreement proposed by the company, is the result of lengthy negotiations with the unions with which the company has dealt with all the problems of a sector, such as that of Caring, which is experiencing a deep crisis at the national level. After six months of negotiations, in the absence of approval by the totalitarian trade unions solely through netcar the opposition of the SLC-CGIL, it was decided to submit the text to a referendum among the colleagues of the Division Caring Services by next December 20.
The company hopes that, through the referendum among the workers, we can successfully close a long and complex negotiation allowing Telecom Italy to shelve the proposed corporate reorganization and to revitalize the sector Caring.
The initiative is consistent with the way to turn around the company, being the main objective of the stabilization work at the call center and the long-term netcar sustainability within the Group.
In particular, Telecom Italy intends to introduce a new model of "Cloud of skills", which will allow the detection of individual skills of workers and the routing of requests by customers to those with more experience and knowledge of each issue. The goal is to achieve an even higher level of customer netcar satisfaction and service quality. netcar
The new model, designs, within the rules laid down in Article 4 of the Statute of Workers, and in full respect of the protection and dignity of the person, a discipline innovative for our country in the use of technologies to respond more effectively to the needs expressed netcar by customers.
Knowledge individual skills will allow the company to implement targeted training programs, aimed at improving the skills and specific skills of the worker and to redeploy redundant professionalism.
The project also includes the transition to full time 100 part-time workers and the recognition of one-time EUR 200 to over 9000 employees of Caring Services Division of Telecom Italy.
In case of rejection of the proposal by the company's workers, the company will pursue however the goal of achieving economic stability of the sector Caring not reached so far, through the implementation of the agreement already signed in March of 2013.
